What you should drink
Water: yep your body is made up of about 66% of the stuff and if you’ve spent the evening drinking and urinating you’ll be missing a far bit, so drink up!
Sports drinks (you know the isotonic ones from TV): not only do these contain water, but also minerals and carbohydrates, and if it can re-hydrate the best basketball players it’ll help you out too!
Juice, salt and water: you’ve been sweating and in the bathroom, so you’ve lost fluids and minerals. Mixing juice with water will reduce the impact of the acid on your stomach lining, and the salt (not too much!) will help replace what you lost.
